have been hearing to" cry me a river" by Billie Holiday for past 2 hrs....shez got such an awesome voice....it doesn’t have any high notes or music...its jus her voice.....sometimes its good to have songs without music...they make you concentrate more on the voice n lyrics...which is the soul of the song...music is like the wrapping on a gift or the skin that one posses…which sags as time passes...but soul remains…heheh...I think I can jus go on n on abt songs....
SIV:...I guess U like to be Drama Queen....
the other song tht I usually listen is Humsafar by silkroute...its has got tht rhythm…which is so soothing...it jus takes me to some unknown land…at the same time I am here in the moment…I came to know abt this song from some ones blog…I jus got struck with it for almost 2 yrs…in sad state or happy these guys have always been with me….its strange tht few songs jus stay with U…..lata’s “Hum ne dekhi hi hai in ankhon mein”…or Asha’s ”mera kuch saman”…..or Mukesh’s ”Ram kare aysa hojaye’…..or songs of K vishwanth movies…they jus stay with U….cherishing u r moments along with U….

yeah, there are songs that remain with us for a long time, and how we associate them with ourselves.
Didn't listen to either , should try them out!
but what abt those songs which have no lyrics at all? instrumentals? huh i dont think any of them is less important but well, its 'I think' u see...
